2 Welcome to Love To Wellness
(a section of Love To Cherish)

Wellness is something I'm becoming increasingly passionate about,
alongside weight loss and healthy eating, and I'm constantly learning and
finding new ways to help me along my own journey.

Here are a variety of products and a little bit of motivation to support you on your wellness and healthy eating journey.

There are a number of downloadable printables, which you can print at home as many times as you like.

Throughout my life, I have always found myself concentrating on the 'diet' side - limiting calories, having good and bad foods or generally restricting myself in one way or another, when really, there is a bigger picture!

In 2020, I had a big turning point in my life as I started to enter 'my second spring'......yep, the menopause years - or to be more specific, perimenopause and I've had a sharp learning curve that it's not just hot flushes and your periods stopping!  Until I entered this phase of my life, I had no idea about the whole heap of symptoms that come along with it - the anxiety, lack of sleep, hair thinning, brain fog and memory problems, just to mention a few of the many many symptoms!

Over the last few years, it's changed my perspective, and now the number on the scales is just a part of being 'healthy' for me.  Now it's about making sure I'm getting enough sleep, looking after my skin, drinking enough water - nourishing my body inside and out, as well as creating healthy habits, getting fresh air, being kinder to myself and making time for me!

For me now, wellness is about being kinder to myself and understanding that not all days are good, some days are just good enough and perfect doesn't exist.  It's about showing up and doing my best each day.

Now don't get me wrong, I do think that trying to maintain a healthy weight and healthy eating are important factors, and that everyone should do what works for them.  So I am going to continue to sell my original food diaries which are more plan specific, but I do now have a new range of food diaries which have more of a focus on health and wellbeing - checking in with your mood, helping you to create healthy habits, and getting you to think about what you're thankful for a on daily basis.

I am still 'working on myself', getting a better balance and still learning what works best for me.  I am not trained or qualified, and all opinions and perspectives are my own, from my own experiences and my own research.

A lot of my new products are downloadable printables, which are fantastic, because once you've purchased them you can re-print them at home as many times as you'd like.

I hope to offer some products and a little bit of motivation to help you keep focused and on your chosen wellness and healthy eating journey.

Be kind to yourself,
Sam x

P.S.  If you are entering your 'second spring', I personally recommend reading 'Dr Louise Newson's - Preparing for the Perimenopause and Menopause' and 'Davina McCalls' Menopausing'.  They've both been eye opening books that have helped me understand this phase of my life, and they're great to refer back to as well.
