Most orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Personalised gift items show the dispatch time on the individual product.
The postage rates are for the order value as follows:-

Personalised Gifts & Handmade Items are bespoke items that are made to order. They are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable, unless an error has been made by Love To Cherish or my manufacturer, in this instance, please Contact Me.
When purchasing online, you have rights under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013.
As I offer Handmade and Personalised items, these items are excluded from the 14 day cooling off period, and cannot be returned due to them being made specifically for you. You can find full details of your rights here. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds will be issued via the payment method they were received.
