All food diary fronts are personalised with a name, and the progress chart can also be personalised with the number of pounds (or kilos) you'd like to lose - this can either be the number of pounds you'd like to lose in the diary time frame, or your total weight loss target - it's completely up to you!

If the number of pounds/kilos isn't provided it will come with a standard 28 stars.

The food dairies contain 12 weeks for all the healthy eating plans.

Each week in the slimming planner has a different colour scheme (4 colours in total).
This is to help keep it interesting and varied, there are also motivational quotes on the bottom of each page to keep you going!
