This personalised food diary is the perfect slimming planner for you to record your weight loss journey, plan your meals and track your progress. The food diaries are available in 3 weight loss plan layouts: Slimming Friendly, Weight Watching Friendly or Calorie Counting.
The front of this diary has a fun apple and pear design with the slogan: "If You Bite It, Write It! If You Snack It, Track It!".
All food diary fronts are personalised with a name, and the progress chart can also be personalised with the number of pounds (or kilos) you'd like to lose - this can either be the number of pounds you'd like to lose in the diary time frame, or your total weight loss target - it's completely up to you!
If the number of pounds/kilos isn't provided it will come with a standard 28 stars.
These food dairies are available in either 6 weeks, 8 weeks or 12 weeks for all the healthy eating plans.
Each week in the slimming planner has a different colour scheme (4 colours in total). This is to help keep it interesting and varied, there are also motivational quotes on the bottom of each page to keep you going!
